Whether you're here because you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, unresolved grief and trauma, attachment wounds, low self-esteem, or difficult relationships, my goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and feel more grounded during times of transition. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I work collaboratively with you to tailor a treatment plan that meets your needs. My goal is to create a space where you can feel heard, understood, and validated.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. With specialized training in trauma therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting, together we can uncover and help heal deep-seated emotional wounds.

I bring a warm, empathetic, and when appropriate, humorous approach to therapy and offer a nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I believe educating people on the "how" and "why" of our psyche is key to meeting therapeutic goals. It would an honor to walk alongside you as you embark on this self-care journey.
