I work with children and teens (between 6-18 years of age), young adults, and individuals undergoing life transitions and relational issues. My specialty includes spiritual struggles, anxiety, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, grief, job stress, life transitions, mood disorders, parenting, racial identity, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I work with clients to build their self-confidence by navigating their barriers in life and establishing skills such as positive communication, mindfulness, and re-framing practices in order for them to reach a place of self-acceptance and growth.

I believe you have the power inside of you to heal and the fact you took this first step to seek counseling is an accomplishment. My goal is to work collaboratively together as we go through your journey and provide guidance through the process. I believe this is possible if you believe it and trust the therapeutic process.
